What an incredible statement game at the Stick against an evenly matched team to go 8-1. Like always, the defense continues to play like the elite unit they are and Alex Smith did a great job moving the ball even without Frank Gore. The only iffy moments we had were the times our secondary got torched by Eli Manning who's campaigning to be in the conversation of elite QB's in the NFL.

The atmosphere had a playoff vibe to it and from the looks of how we've been playing and how our upcoming schedule is, the question of whether the 49ers are making the playoffs is more of a when than an if. Now that that question's solved, Niner Nation still has one question for the non-believers: Who's got it better than us??? (Answer)

I admit, this is my first hockey game to attend (and watch in its entirety for that matter) but I must say, I have a newfound respect and interest in the sport!
